Iced Blueberry Cheesecake Latte

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 tbsp Wabry Organic Blueberry Syrup

  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

  • 2 tsp cream cheese, softened

  • 6 oz milk of choice

  • double shot of espresso

  • 1 cup of ice

  • 1 graham cracker or Nilla wafer, crushed

RECIPE

  1. Using a frother, whip up the blueberry syrup, heavy cream, and cream cheese until doubled in volume and creamy/thick (still pourable). This is your blueberry cheesecake cold foam.

  2. In a glass of ice, pour the milk, then espresso, and top with the blueberry cheesecake cold foam.

  3. Sprinkle some crushed graham cracker or Nilla wafers, and enjoy!
