Mint Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup water

  • 1/3 cup of mint leaves (a big handful)

how to use

  • If using the mint syrup alone in your drink, I recommend using about 1 tbsp per double shot serving.

  • If using the mint syrup in conjunction with another sweetened syrup or ingredient (like milk chocolate or white chocolate), use 1/2 tbsp of mint syrup.
